 Anthony SicilianoChief Executive Officer
Anthony opened ALC Home Health Inc. in 2006 with the mission of providing home health to patients with a focus on personalized care. ALC Hospice and Palliative Care were added to the service line in 2006 to help ensure continuity of care. Both organizations served as inspiration for ALC Primary Care@Home, which launched in 2018.

Mark Douglas, MA
Mark Douglas is a proven leader in banking, healthcare, and related technology development. As a licensed nursing home administrator and CNA, Mark has almost ten years of experience at a leading healthcare provider. His most current role was as CFO and COO, during which time he led tremendous organizational growth. He is currently CFO for a healthcare technology start-up company for which he works on the development of the tech platform, clinical staffing model, and financing. The business has been named twice to Inc.’s 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

Arlene Maxim, RN
With more than 40 years of nursing experience, Arlene is a sought-after expert in all areas of patient care quality, analysis, and administrative functions in post-acute healthcare. Arlene is known for leading innovative change across the healthcare continuum. She is a board member and vice chairperson for Association for Homecare/Hospice Coding and Compliance.

Cinthia Nieves, MBA
Cinthia has more than 20 years of experience in human services and operations management in health care and community-based services. She has worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director of ALC Home Health from 2008-2021 and for ALC Palliative and Hospice Care beginning in 2021.

Kelly A. Priegnitz, JD Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel
Kelly is an accomplished leader with national experience in health care law and regulations, compliance, mergers/acquisitions, reimbursement, risk management, government investigations, corporate integrity agreements, operations, and enforcement. She possesses the skills and philosophy supporting strategic business initiatives and management of day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements.

Michael Stamatinos
Michael, whose passion for providing access within healthcare led him to found Omorfi, Inc., and Advancing Healthcare Innovation Consortium. He has more than 17 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, and marketing leadership. His areas of expertise include identifying strategic opportunities for revenue acceleration.

Jennifer Vince, M.Ed.
With more than 25 years of advocating for geriatric patients and clients throughout Chicagoland, Jennifer’s focus is on outstanding communication, quality care and superior outcomes throughout the healthcare continuum. Her passion is for the Aging in Place movement, in which she works to make a difference for seniors in our communities. Jennifer focuses on promoting organizational growth through community partnerships, technology implementation, executive management integration, corporate culture restructuring and organizational effectiveness. She has been active in National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, Continuity of Care Illinois, and has served on various geriatric advisory panels.

Leslie Weaver FNP-C
Leslie has more than 30 years of experience as a nurse, almost 10 of which have been as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2016, she opened Ready Clinic Family Practice in Ringgold, Georgia. There are now three locations serving multiple counties in the North Georgia area.
