Anthony Siciliano  Chief Executive Officer
Anthony opened ALC Home Health Inc. in 2006 with the mission of providing home health to patients with a focus on personalized care. ALC Hospice and Palliative Care were added to the service line in 2006 to help ensure continuity of care. Both organizations served as inspiration for ALC Primary Care@Home, which launched in 2018.

Manish Desai, DO
Dr. Desaid graduated from Loyola University and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin and his residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Hospital in Chicago.

Susan M. Gibbons, RN, BSN
Susan is a graduate of the University of Illinois with 25 years of Pediatric experience at the University of Illinois.  She developed the Pediatric ICU and Step Down Units at the University. While at UIC Susan developed the State of Illinois Pediatric Critical Care Task Force focusing on pediatric critical care state wide. She was the business owner of Concierge Medical Advocate, LLC.  In her current career she is Director of Clinical Services in Hospice Care for 15 years.

John Haebich, MD
After graduating from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Haebich went on to obtain his medical degree at the University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine in Chicago. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Haebich specializes in Geriatrics.

Arlene Maxim, RN
With more than 40 years of nursing experience, Arlene is a sought-after expert in all areas of patient care quality, analysis, and administrative functions in post-acute healthcare. Arlene is known for leading innovative change across the healthcare continuum. She is a board member and vice chairperson for Association for Homecare/Hospice Coding and Compliance.

Cinthia Nieves, MBA Chief Operating Officer
Cinthia has more than 20 years of experience in human services and operations management in health care and community-based services. She has worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director of ALC Home Health from 2008-2021 and for ALC Palliative and Hospice Care beginning in 2021.

Kelly A. Priegnitz, JD Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel
Kelly is an accomplished leader with national experience in health care law and regulations, compliance, mergers/acquisitions, reimbursement, risk management, government investigations, corporate integrity agreements, operations, and enforcement. She possesses the skills and philosophy supporting strategic business initiatives and management of day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements.

Michael Stamatinos
Michael, whose passion for providing access within healthcare led him to found Omorfi, Inc., and Advancing Healthcare Innovation Consortium. He has more than 17 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, and marketing leadership. His areas of expertise include identifying strategic opportunities for revenue acceleration.

Donna Yack, RN, BSN, CCM
Director of Clinical Services at ALC Home Health, Donna has a diverse background with several service lines including Acute Care, Managed Care, Quality and Outpatient Services. She has served on many community organizations, including Will County Senior Services, Will Couty Medical Reserve Crop and volunteers at Morning Star Mission.

Scott Zingsheim, DNP, FNP-BC
Scott is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 9+ years of experience in wound care both in the home and hospital setting. He earned his Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati where his DNP project focused on reducing hospital acquired pressure injuries. Prior to obtaining his DNP, he created and ran a successful wound care program at a safety net hospital in Chicago that has since been translated into use at two other Chicago safety net hospitals as well. Scott is a veteran, having served over 20 years in the U.S. military.
